Mom and I had a great time in Haiti. Things are very calm there right now. The kids are settled into the new building.
We got great news today, we are out of 1st legalization and will be submitted to IBESR (Haitian Social Services) on Friday. It's Carnival week in Haiti so the offices are closed until then!
We got Landon's echo cardiogram done while in Haiti and I'm working on having it translated and then sent to a local cardiologist. We are hoping to get a letter from him saying Landon needs to get the states ASAP to be under a doctors care pending heart surgery.
IBESR has been taking anywhere from 4 to 10 months later so we have no idea how soon the kids will be home, hopefully before the end of the year!!!
